ROOM: Office space to sublet

We are looking for a new studio mate/s to take on an entire room of our shared studio space in Berlin.
The place is located in a developed neighbourhood of Berlin Mitte/Wedding (Sprengelkiez), in front of a park, and is a newly renovated store, freshly painted and with high ceilings. There’s also a garden and backyard for common use. 

The studio space has a surface of 75m², is lightful, with a small kitchen (dishwasher, fridge and espresso machine), two entrances (front door and side door), a separate room for calls, and a toilet. The space is really beautiful.

We would be 3/4 people in total sharing the space (2 people in the front room and 1/2 in your room). Your room is about 20 sqm with access to the other facilities. It's furnished but you can choose to bring your own furniture too.

The cost for your space is 520€/month. You’ll have a key of the place and you can come in and out whenever you want.
