ROOM: RUHIGE BÜRORÄUME MIT GUTER ANBINDUNG IN KREUZBERG

In unserem sehr ruhigen Büro bieten wir drei Räume an. Raum 1: 20m², Raum 2: 17m² und Raum 3: 10m². Zwei der Räume sind zusammenhängend und haben einmal 4 und einmal 2 Plätze. Der dritte Raum ist separat und hat 4 Schreibtischplätze. Die Büroräume sind möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bürostühlen und Regalen, können aber bei Bedarf gerne angepasst werden. Im Mietpreis sind Getränke/Bier, Tee, Kaffee und Milch enthalten.
Wir haben eine große Küche, in der man zusammen Mittagessen kann. Es gibt einen Minibackofen und eine Mikrowelle. Bei Bedarf können Parkplätze für etwa 50€ im Monat über die Hausverwaltung hinzugebucht werden.

Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Gleich in der Nähe befinden sich die U-Bahnstation Moritzplatz (U8), Prinzenstraße (U1) und Kottbusser Tor (U8, U1). In der Umgebung gibt es ein sehr großes Mittagsangebot. Nahe des Büros liegt der Oranienplatz. Miete 350€ pro person.

In our very quiet office we offer three rooms. Room 1: 20m², room 2: 17m² und room 3: 10m². Two of the rooms are connected and have 4 and 2 places. The third room is separate and has 4 desk spaces. The offices are furnished with a desk, office chairs and shelves, but can be adapt if required. The rental price includes drinks / beer, tea, coffee and milk.
We have a large kitchen where you can have lunch together. There is a mini oven and a microwave. If necessary, parking spaces can be booked for about 50 € per month via the property management.

The connection is very good. Nearby are the subway station Moritzplatz (U8), Prinzenstraße (U1) and Kottbusser Tor (U8, U1). In the area there is a very large lunch offer. Near the office is the Oranienplatz. Rent 350€ per person.
