- An 125 m² office in Kreuzberg, the heart of the Berlin startup scene
- The room has 35 m² fitting 8 workplaces including desks and chairs
- Separate shared meeting room can be used
- Internet, electricity, heating, sanitary installations, the printer and the kitchen use are included
- The monthly price for the room is 1.800,00 € net plus VAT and is to be carried out in advance
- One-time 2T€ deposit (refund after moving out)
- Period of cancellation is 1 month for both parties
- Moving in is possible March 2016
- Only the whole room will be rented out, not single working places
