- Own workroom for 4-6 persons (ca 28m2)
- Bathroom and storage with small kitchenette shared with main tenant (a chiropractor)
- 870 Euro rent + 25 Euro electricity/gas per month
- Internet access must be installed by you
- You can use our tables if needed
