The unit as a whole is 210 qm, with the shared space taking up 65 qm. The available private office is 10 qm and has large windows that look out onto a Hinterhof with garden. The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on the renter's preference.

The rent of 500 EUR per month includes all bills: electricity, gas, high-speed internet and a weekly cleaner. It is possible for the office to be shared by two people, each paying 250 euro per month.
