ROOM: Private Office - plus - Shared Conference Room

A newly renovated office is opening just next to the Südstern U-Bahn station (U7) in Bergmannkiez. Three of the four offices have been rented, but one remains available. The move-in date could be immediate or 1 November. There is a one-year contractual agreement required.

The office that is still available is labeled 'Büro 3' on the floorplan. In addition to their private office, renters have access to a communal 90 square meter space to be used as a reception and conference area. The space is on the ground floor and has a large storefront. There is a bathroom but no kitchen. There is also a rear 'Lichthof' in which we will install benches and a table.

The rent includes VAT, gas, electric, internet and a cleaner.
