ROOM: Sublet in Schöneberg: 2 quite office rooms & bathroom

We offer part of our beautiful office for sublet from July 15th on.

Our team uses the front part of the office and we look for a sublet for the rear part. It is a bright place with high ceilings, which creates a warm and friendly working atmosphere. The rear part consists of two smaller furnished office rooms and a bathroom (with shower). It is very quite since it faces the courtyard. The office rooms have each a working table and chairs and one has a green couch. Our front part of the office and the rear part of the office is divided by a door.

- There is save bike parking space in the courtyard
- Further storage space available in our basement
- Private entrance and a private bathroom
- Can be booked furnished or unfurnished

We are open to all types of businesses as long as it is rather quiet. From the set up of the rear office part it would be very suitable for any kind of therapists in need of an entrance waiting room and another treatment room fex.
