ROOM: 1-2 Room(s) in Mitte (Option from 16m2 to 36m2)

We have some private office rooms for subtenants!
At the moment there are 4 rooms from which you can choose:
16 m²: up to 2-3 working places - 1000 EUR (incl. VAT)
20 m²: up to 4-5 working places - 1200 EUR (incl. VAT)
36 m²: up to 6-8 working places - 1700 EUR (incl. VAT)
32 m²: up to 5-6 working places (downstairs) - 1800 EUR (incl. VAT)
Office weekly cleaning is included.
The office is equipped with some desks, chairs, shelves. We are very flexible and can help with replenishing the room depending on your needs. The office space is located on the ground and 1st floor and has a small storage area that can be shared. There is also a small kitchen with good equipment (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, frigde, etc) and two separate sanitary rooms.
The office is very well connected to public transport (U2 Senefelderplatz, U8 Rosentahlerstraße, as well as various tram lines) and in the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, restaurants & Cafes.
We, the main tenant, are a fuel manufacturing company - no worries, no fuels at the office! ;)
