OFFICE: Unique Startup Office Loft in Mitte

This is a one of a kind office that we're sad about to leave.

ABOUT THE PLACE
The office is a former loft at "Opern Lofts" with a lot of natural light coming in. There are only 3 companies in the complex. It's very calm with a few families here. During the day perfect for focus, and you are 1 minute away from the M1 and the U8 - U Rosenthaler Platz and the U2 of Rosa-Luxemburg Platz is a 5-minute walk.

The office is located next to The Volkspark am Weinberg, and many, many great food places. There probably isn't a better spot in Berlin. You go one block up and you are in Prenzlauer Berg, and with a 1-minute walk, you can be anywhere in the city with the U-Bahn.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN THERE?
We were here with 6 people in a very wide setup, however, the previous startup that was in here fitted 12 people in here, and that still looked reasonably comfortable. The sweet spot is probably 10 people.

- 1 incredible stainless steel kitchen, with freezer, induction, and oven.


FURNITURE
We can discuss the possibilities of taking over the furniture and the custom white-boards we have. As there is a chance we won't need them in our next place. We will leave the couch + the LED spots that are across the office.

DEPOSIT
We paid 3 months deposit at the time, however, that is something you should negotiate with the landlord.
