The space is an old backyard carriage house with private courtyard. It is possible to rent the full space, 5 rooms, 2 Kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, private Courtyard + some furniture.
The other option would be to rent only the front 2 rooms with WC and courtyard usage. One of the rooms can be used as a common room for meetings and has a kitchenette, the other one as proper office space. Both are approx.70 sqm overall. Rent would decrease accordingly in case you're only interested in that.
