DESK: Desk for rent in Spacious Shared Studio

We’re looking for a freelance or solo creative to join our shared studio space in Berlin.
The studio is newly renovated, freshly painted, and has high ceilings. It’s bright and welcoming, with access to a lovely garden and backyard that’s shared among all of us.
The total studio area is over 80m² and includes a cozy kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, and espresso machine), a separate room for calls, a toilet, and two entrances (front and side door). The atmosphere is quiet and inspiring—perfect for focused work.
You’d be one of 3 or 4 people sharing the space. The desk is located in the front room, fully furnished with a comfortable chair and table—but you’re welcome to bring your own setup too.

The desk is available for €270/month, including:
Monthly rent
Electricity, internet, insurance, heating
Access to the place 24/7 with your own key
Tables and comfortable chairs
