Our co-working office space has been renovated and now has room for new people to rent one or more tables. Find more details below:

- 3 working spaces

- 3 basement storage rooms (can be booked separately)
- 2 restrooms

Location:
The office is located a one-minute walk from Schönhauser Alle, close to many cafés, restaurants, and shops. Schönhauser Allee S-Bahn station is approx. five minutes away. The office is on a quiet side street.

Facilities:
- Large desk (1.60m–1.80m) with desk chair and lamp as well as a partition wall (can also be used as a pin board) if required
- Printer
- Coffee machines (portafilter and capsule machine)
- Allocated kitchen space
- Allocated space in the refrigerator
- Freezer compartment
- Induction stove
- Blender
- Kettle
- Kitchen utensils etc.

Co-workers:
The space has room for 12–18 people in total. We prefer an open and friendly environment to an anonymous one. The current co-workers come from a range of fields, including media, trading, and app development.

Pricing: 230 euros plus VAT (room desk, see last picture)
Notice period: 4 weeks to the end of the month

Lage:
Das Büro befindet sich eine Gehminute von der Schönhauser Allee entfernt, auf welcher es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Die S-Bahn-Station „Schönhauser Allee“ ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Büro selbst befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.

Ausstattung:
- Großer Schreibtisch (1,80m) mit Schreibtischstuhl und Lampe sowie ggf. Trennwand (kann als Pinnwand genutzt werden)
- Drucker
- Kaffeemaschinen
- Zugeteilte Fläche in der Küche
- Zugeteilte Fläche im Kühlschrank
- Gefrierfach
- Induktionsherd

Die Co-Worker:
Insgesamt bietet das Büro Platz für 12 bis 18 Personen. Die Atmosphäre ist eher freundschaftlich als anonym. Wir arbeiten in den Bereichen Medien, Trading, Entwicklung (von Applikationen) u.a.

Kündigungsfrist: 4 Wochen zum Ende des Monats
