The office is located in the ground and basement floor of a typical Berlin ‘Altbau’ Building, the unit is approx 100 sq. The ground floor rooms have a height of 3.8m and benefit from natural light through the large windows to the street and courtyard. The meeting room is located in a double height space of 6m. There is a small kitchen with fridge and dishwasher.

There are only two large desks and currently just two other people using the unit, an architect and a designer, so the unit has a very spacious feeling and plenty of room for storage etc.

The desk is space is 2.7 x 0.75 m (Half of one of the two tables). The desks are made from solid mahogany and a chair is provided.

Das Büro befindet sich im Erd- und Untergeschoss eines typischen Berliner Altbaugebäudes. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 100 m². Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben eine Höhe von 3,8 m und werden durch die großen Fenster zur Straße und zum Innenhof mit Tageslicht beleuchtet . Der Tagungsraum befindet sich auf einer doppelten Höhe von 6 m. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler.

Es gibt nur zwei große Schreibtische und derzeit nur zwei andere Personen, die das Gerät nutzen, einen Architekten und einen Designer. Das Gerät hat also ein sehr geräumiges Gefühl und viel Platz für Stauraum usw.
Schreibtisch

Der Schreibtisch hat eine Größe von 2,7 x 0,75 m (die Hälfte eines der beiden Tische). Die Schreibtische bestehen aus massivem Mahagoni und ein Stuhl ist vorhanden.
