Monospace Design agency is looking for (interim) tenants with whom we can spend the working day together. We offer desks in a bright office loft with nice people on the 3rd floor of a brick corner building in Berlin-Wedding, easily accessible by car and public transport (U Pankstraße, U Osloer Straße, S Bornholmer, tram 50, M1, M13, bus M27). Currently, up to 5 workstations are available. The arrangement of the desks can be flexibly varied according to your needs (e.g. as table islands).

We are also offering 90m² of our bright, sunny office loft (the entire loft has a size of 120m², of which ca. 30 m² are used by Monospace). The arrangement of the space (desks, equipment, furniture) can be flexibly varied according to your needs.
The loft is divided into two areas protected from each other by an open wall. In the larger area are 5 usable desks, the other area is perfectly suitable for having workshops (or other types of jobs, installing a studio space for photography is for example conceivable). A huge whiteboard wall (10m x 1.5m) is available. A separate meeting room ensures privacy.
