DESK: Outstanding office space in Mitte / Prenzlauer Berg (rooms & desks available)

Hello,

We are subleasing parts of our brand-new office in Chorinerstrasse (border of Mitte & Prenzlauer Berg, 5 mins walk from Senefelderplatz (U2) & 10 mins walk to the Factory. The office space is available asap!

The office has a total of 6 rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large seating area to chill / have lunch. The seating capacity of each room varies from 4 to 12 people – we are happy to either host kick-ass freelancers on a per seat basis or promising startups / companies on a per room basis. You’ll be sharing the space with us at nokcity.de – perks include being able to test-out all the latest tech & gadgets right from the office 😊

We are also happy to provide a studio for photo & video shoots alongside a conference room bookable to host your clients & meetings in style!

Every room is furnished and equipped with productivity boosting tools such as whiteboards, writing-friendly walls, etc. We also have plenty of equipment such as screens, laptops, etc. which we are happy to provide if need be – of course you are more than welcome to bring your own supplies!

The price for a fixed desk is €250 & the price per room varies according to which one you end up choosing of course 😊 we are flexible on the duration of the rent, of course a longer term contract (6 months +) is preferred!
