We are moving out of our great shared office space and are looking for a team to take over our room (42 sqm) that can accommodate up to 15 people (depending on how close you want to sit to each other..).

The room is located in an office space of overall 250 sqm, with 2 separate meeting rooms at your disposal, a kitchen, a large roof terrace and 2 bathrooms.

The office is located on Torstrasse 19, on the third floor, nearest tube is Rosa Luxemburg Platz.

The overall cost is €1,699 (plus VAT), including Internet, weekly cleaning, electricity, heating, and water usage. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Furnished option available (6 tables, chairs and a shelf).
