OFFICE: Office near Hermannplatz

We are looking for a subtenant for our office.
We are an IT company and have our office in the 4th floor, while you will be using our office in the 3rd floor.
The office has one big room with an open kitchen and two toilets, and a smaller room (ca. 18 sqm).
The building is an old factory, with high ceilings, big windows and an elevator.
Internet, electricity and water is included.
The big room is furnished with 14 desks, with room for more.
You will find many restaurants nearby and the Hermannplatz is a good traffic connection.
